CIVIL LITIGATON MODULE

Introductory Level One:

This presumes only that the Non-Legal/College Leaver Student /College Leaver/ Post Graduate have attained some knowledge of keyboard/office/admin/secretarial skills. This level is an introduction to the role of legal or admin support with terms and procedures involved in Civil Litigation. It is not intended for those planning to practice as fee earners but those that support them.

It can be useful to those with no law background as an introduction to the field or to those with some knowledge through their electives but wish to take this subject further.

Skills: You will gain an understanding of Civil Litigation Law, find your way around Legal Forms/documents and enhance your Audio, Digital Dictation Skills, together with building on typing speeds.
