CRIMINAL LAW Module

Introductory Level One:

This course presumes that the Non-Legal/College Leaver/Student/Post Graduate has attained some knowledge of keyboard/office/admin/secretarial skills. This level is an introduction to criminal cases from the very start to their conclusion. This course is aimed specifically at those who want a better understanding of Criminal Law, for Non-Legals, Secretaries to Legal Assistants, in fact anyone who wants to get into the Legal Profession. It is fair to say at times, Criminal Law can be extremely complicated but we hope that this course will at least give you some insight into what does go on within the Criminal Justice System.

Skills: You will gain background knowledge of Criminal Law, understand Legal Aid Forms, enhance your Audio, Digital Dictation Skills, together with typing speeds.
