WHO THE COURSES ARE SUITABLE FOR

Non-Legals - These courses are suitable for Secretaries aspiring to become Legal Secretaries giving them an insight as to the phraseology and document layout and content, whilst also building on keyboard skills and speed with knowledge of digital audio dictation and finding their way around legal forms. All Introductory courses are recommended.

Research trials have shown that those who have no knowledge of the legal profession and who are interested in law and getting started, have from scratch learnt the basic knowledge of the disciplines and this has given them an understanding into law.

Legal Secretaries - These are very useful for Legal Secretaries who would like to learn different areas of law and to continue their professional development. Depending on the level of experience within a discipline, the intermediate course which adds more responsibility and tasks would be recommended.

Law Students – Very useful if you have an interest in law. These courses will help give an understanding into various areas of law to become multi-disciplined. All introductory disciplines recommended.

Law Graduates – For those who have completed their LPC who wish to gain "hands on practical experience" in an area of law they didn't take as their elective, these courses will provide a background into the discipline together with virtual experience of what it is like at ground floor level within a solicitor’s practice. Introductory and Intermediate Courses recommended.

Paralegals – Ideal for those wishing to fill in any gaps as a "fresher course" or requiring knowledge of a different discipline with "hands on practical experience" these will provide virtual practice and theoretical study with an element of research. Depending on the experience, Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced courses recommended.

Trainees - As Trainees have taken these courses, they are suitable to be a "booster" for those who had gaps or required a more "practical and hands on approach". Intermediate to Advanced courses recommended.
