All forms provided herein must not be tampered with or to be used for any commercial purpose as to do so, will be in breach both of our Terms and Conditions and to The Crown Copyright.

5. Standard Course Booking Terms and Conditions.

5.1 We reserve the right to vary or cancel any course and/or amend our fees from time to time without liability.

6. Consumer Cancellation Rights

6.1 The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, give consumers the right to cancel after purchasing a course online, and receive a refund. This right lasts for 8 working days after purchase.

6.2 Once the consumer has paid for the course, they will have to wait 8 working days to receive their login details unless they email or write in and waive their right to a refund. They will then receive their login details earlier, and their cancellation rights will end once they receive their login details.

7. Username and password.

7.1 Payment of courses are made immediately via PayPal on this website and as soon as the monies have cleared, you will be issued with a Password and User name.

7.2 Upon registration and completion of payment on our Website, you will be issued with a user name and password which must be used in order to access your chosen discipline(s). The user name and password are personal to you and are not transferable.

7.3 Your name and password are the methods used by Learning 4 Legals to identify you and so are very confidential. Any breach of security of a user name and password should be notified to us immediately. 8. Certification:

8.1 Students who complete a course may achieve an accredited certification from Learning 4 Legals by correctly answering the questionnaire at the end of each syllabus. Learning 4 Legals are recognised as an accredited legal training provider, meeting quality and standards for the Legal Profession. Our courses are accredited by the National Association of Licensed Paralegals.

8.2. Learning 4 Legals are not tutoring students to become Lawyers/Solicitors but a good asset to one. These courses are designed for Legal Assistants, Law Students, Law Graduates, Post-Graduates, Legal Secretaries Paralegals and Legal Executives, wishing to gain a practical insight into their chosen subject from Introductory Level 1, Intermediate Level 2 and rising to Advanced Paralegal Level 3.

9. These terms and the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

10. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the revised Terms will be effective from the date we post the revised Terms on our website.
