PROBATE & WILLS MODULE
Introductory Level One:
This level is aimed at Non-Legals, Students, Graduates, Assistants, Legal Secretaries and Paralegals. The course is aimed at making this area of law more comprehensible and practical. It will guide you through a probate scenario so that you get familiar with the procedure, forms, letters, documents and terminology. It also touches on other estate planning considerations and aims to provide you with valuable knowledge that you can use in any legal role.
It will familiarise you with the procedure and enable you to feel confident enough to tackle this area. This course presumes that you have attained some knowledge of keyboard/office/admin/secretarial skills.
Skills: You will gain background knowledge of Probate Law, understand Legal Forms and documents, enhance your Audio, Digital Dictation Skills, together with typing speeds.
